Returns & Exchanges

At MORI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still intact.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
